We welcome you to the Asociación de Viviendas Turísticas Vacacionales (AVAT, Association of Holiday Homes) of Ibiza. Ours is a non-profit association that brings together both owners and marketing companies with a common goal: the constant improvement of the tourism sector by means of legal and ethical marketing of vacation homes.

We aim to offer the tourist a seal of trust and experience that guarantees the legality of the property to be enjoyed and to the owner and intermediaries a tool for the defense of their interests in collaboration with the Public Administration.
