EVERLAND is built on a 1300 m2 plot in a residential neighborhood located on a hill 2 km from Cala Vadella in the district of San Jose. The plot is surrounded by a pine forest, which preserves privacy and intensifies the relationship with nature.

 The main house has an area of 90 sq meters, and is oriented towards the valley and Cala Vadella. The central space of the house has the kitchen, the dining room and the living room everything is connected, creating one unique space.
