“Can Pep De Sa Guaita” belongs to a traditional Ibizan family. The contemporary-style modern house was built by the well-known local and prestigious construction company CONSTRUCCIONES y MEJORAS SA TORRE, S.L.

Since the owner has a passion for construction and architecture, he designed the villa down to the last detail with the support of the famous architect Iván Torres Ramón.

"Can Pep de Sa Guaita" is a luxury villa located in the north of the Ibiza island, only 3 km from one of the most charming rural villages, the picturesque town of Sant Joan de Labritja.

The holiday villa is located in a typical Ibizan natural environment, being surrounded by a land of 17,750 m2 completely fenced and fully equipped. The property offers a barbecue, outdoor cinema, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, organic garden, and even a mini farm field with a horse.

The property has two entrances, the main entrance and another one for service personnel.

In the outdoor area, there is a 14 x 4 m long swimming pool, treated with salt, and an outdoor Jacuzzi filled with enjoyable hot water.

The surrounding garden is full of all kinds of trees, such as orange, cherry, apple, pear, almond, and other typical trees of the Ibizan rural landscape, as well as an old waterwheel and safareig built in 1920, which reminds us of the ancestral roots of this unique land.

Exterior area also offers a barbecue and relaxation zone with outdoor kitchen, bathroom and pool shower.

In the housing complex, there is also a children's area with a wooden house, sandy playground and a tree house. Right next to it, there is an outdoor cinema, where all generations can enjoy their favourite movies.

Important facility to highlight within the property is a fully equipped gym with high quality tools for satisfying exercising experience.

There is a possibility, upon request, to enjoy the unique animal experience, to come closer and take care of different farm animals and a stunning horse, as well as to try all seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables that can be found in the organic garden and that are fully available to our guests.

The interior part of the property is composed of the main villa and the guest house.

The main house has 430 m2, offers large windows increasing the space of the villa and an outdoor living room. It consists of 6 double bedrooms, two of them with a private hydromassage bathtub, 5 bathrooms and a toilet.

The guest house has 80 m2, offering 2 double rooms and bathrooms with an outdoor comfortable bathtub.

The capacity of the villa is 16 people (including children). There is a security alarm and a safe box.

Each of the double bedrooms offers a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

All rooms have air conditioning that can be individually controlled.

The master suites offer bathrooms with courtesy items, such as shower gel, shampoo, moisturising cream, makeup remover, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
