The Hotel Torre del Mar will be the venue for the X Congress of Holiday Homes in Ibiza, on October 29th, 2024. An event that will bring together experts and leaders of the tourism industry, and is promoted by AVAT and the Consell d'Eivissa.
The congress will begin on October 29 at 9:00 a.m. with accreditation and will be officially inaugurated at 9:30 a.m. by authorities and organizers. The first panel of the event, entitled "THE TOURIST FUTURE OF THE ISLAND OF IBIZA", will be moderated by the Consell d'Eivissa and will include the participation of leaders such as Juan Miguel Costa, Pedro Matutes, David de Felipe, Javier Anadón and José Antonio Llano.
Next, the round table formed by Daniel Ramón, Marta Górriz, Juan Calvo and Elisa Langley will talk about Sustainability in vacation housing, proposing different strategies and actions to improve the sector.
At 14:00, we will celebrate a lunch for the tenth anniversary of the Congress, and after a short break, at 16:30 we will resume discussions at the next table: The digital marketing revolution and artificial intelligence.
After a coffee break and time for networking, at 18:15 the last round table will take place: "Which tourism law for holiday homes?"
This meeting will serve as a space for dialogue, training and networking for all professionals in the vacation tourism sector. It is expected that through the presentations and round table discussions, innovative solutions and strategies will be generated to continue positioning Ibiza as a tourist reference of excellence.
